REFLECTION ON WORK

Week 1: We used Adobe Premiere Pro for the first time, and we created a short Mountain climber clip, used from other clips that we put together. While doing this we learnt how to cut videos into clips of our own choosing. This was fun as we also played around with sound, and created a pretty cool clip. I learned how to use Adobe Premiere Pro, and the cut out tool.

Week 2: This week we started on our Webnodes with Paul. We first made a biography about ourselves, saying things we like and enjoy doing. Then we learnt how to put a video into our Webnodes, which was fun. I used this site called citethisforme.com which created the bibliography's for us. I also learnt all about Webnode and how to create my own Webnode and edit it.

Week 3: This week we took our own pictures. While learning how to setup a camera and take pictures with it, we also learnt how to setup a tripod too. With the tripod and camera we took all types of different angles in our groups. My group was me, Michael, Sean, and Rhys. We also did 10 second recordings to put on our Webnodes too, this was of each separate angle. I learnt about all the different types of angles that I could use.

Week 4: During week 4 we started actually putting more stuff into our Webnodes like, research for different things. We put in our own sounds and our own videos to make it better. We also started to create our own voice recordings, around the college, trying in different places to hear the reverb in different places. I learnt about reverb and I got to learn how to use the recording equipment on a high level.

Week 5: During this week, we created a little freestyle news report. But it messed up due to Jodi pausing the recording by accident, so you can hear us saying nothing but, then it cuts back in and we tried our best to fix the problem. It turned out really good, but as ours was so funny it made everyone including Paul to laugh. I learnt how to edit and explore more using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition.

Week 6: This week we have been working on our pre-productions. Creating mind maps, storyboards, and much more. I had some issues with getting the mind map into my Webnode but finally got it there. This was due to the application we was using MindMup wouldn't let me screenshot the mind map. Other than that, that is all we have done this week. This taught me about creating cool mind maps and using other websites for my advantage.
